Cyberholics will be delighted to hear that we have launched a new, state of the art website to offer customers everything in the one place.
The new Hamilton Ross Group website represents Hamilton Brothers, Reekie Ltd and Ross of Lanark and replace the three companies existing websites.
This development follows the joining of the three companies in September 2016 and the strengthening of the group brand with Hamilton Brothers, Reekie and Ross of Lanark supporting one another to improve customer service across Central Scotland.
The introduction of a Group website marks a milestone in the organisations history as customers will be able to access everything in one place for the first time.
The informative website will complement the Group’s online shop www.hamiltonbrosdirect.co.uk allowing customers different platforms for different functions: one for accessing information and browsing large machinery stock and another for purchasing parts and merchandise.
Hamilton Ross Group Chairman, Eric Gardiner, said: “The increase in digital activity over the last decade has completely transformed our business. More customers purchase online via our e-commerce shop Hamilton Bros Direct and make enquiries via our websites. By introducing a single, mobile-friendly Group website we hope to deliver a better digital experience.”
Indeed, www.hamiltonrossgroup.co.uk will allow customers to browse via sector, such as Agriculture or Construction, location (depending on what company they are a customer of), product and brand!
All products and brands will be featured including those only available at certain depots so don’t worry if you are a Fendt loyalist or JCB fanatic, you will still be able to access information on these products and any relevant news or offers.
In addition to the launch of our new shiny website, you may have noticed other changes to our digital strategy. Over the past year we have sent Group newsletters to subscribers of our e-newsletter and #instafans will have noted the introduction of our hamiltonrossgroup Instagram account.
Building on the ethos of offering customers everything in one place, we will also be merging our Hamilton Brothers and Reekie Facebook and Twitter accounts so followers can benefit from updates on Group matters, in addition to local news.
