Does my Machinery need a LOLER?

To meet LOLER regulations it is the responsibility of a business to have all lifting equipment examined regularly. The frequency of examination on lifting accessories and equipment used to carry people is every 6 months. Frequency for all other machinery is an Annual inspection.
