At a time when most companies are battening down the hatches, Eric Gardiner, boss of Hamilton Brothers has literally taken the bull by the horns by investing in a brand new corporate identity and state-of-the-art website facility which he is confident will sow the seed for the future success of the Scottish farming community in the 21st century.
Since selling our first Massey Ferguson in 1947, (documented in a hand written sales ledger), for the princely sum of £343, we have always kept abreast of cutting edge technology with the products we supply. The same however cannot be said regarding embracing information technology as an integral part of our external communication policy!
Recently, I was told by a customer over the telephone that our website was “prehistoric” and this got me thinking – we’re dynamic, not dinosaurs! We have Blackberries and e-mail facilities, what more could he ask for? But then I logged on to our website and thought “he’s right!” At that point I took the decision to completely turn on to technology and bring Hamilton Brothers bang up to date with an exciting new website!

You can also register online to receive our quarterly newsletter to keep up to date with what’s new.
