The Hamilton Ross Group have had one of the best show seasons to date after embarking on joint projects, winning awards and welcoming hundreds of new and familiar faces. From locations as far and wide as North Uist, Isla and Perth, the Hamilton Ross Group have attended over 20 shows throughout the summer period.
Thank you to all who visited us at shows across Scotland and to our wonderful team across the Group who all worked hard to make it happen. We hope you have enjoyed the show season as much as we have!
This show season was all about Valtra as eyes turned to our special Police liveried Valtra T174! Used as a tool to help raise awareness of Police Scotland’s Rural Crime Prevention Campaign, our Police Valtra Tractor turned heads, was spotted in many selfies and more importantly, brought light to a worthy campaign. The tractor was supplied in partnership with Police Scotland and NFU Mutual.
There was an excited buzz at select shows across Scotland as the Police Tractor, complete with flashing lights, made a special appearance. The tractor made its debut at the Royal Highland Show and gained a lot of attention throughout show season.
It’s always rewarding to receive recognition for hard work, and after attending over 20 shows, we were delighted to have been awarded ‘Best Agricultural Stand’ at Perth Show and to win second place for the ‘Best Stand’ at Aberfeldy Show. Our Reekie Perth Area Sales Manager, Rory McKendrick, proudly accepted the trophy alongside Reekie Perth General Manager, Sam Mercer.
We have been proud to display the best of our product range at each show, from our top of the range tractors and equipment to our innovative range of grouncare machinery and equipment. This includes the Massey Ferguson DM 316 TL-V-KC Mower Conditioner, which made its debut on Scottish Soil at Arran Show, as well as the innovative iMow which made an appearance at Ayr Flower Show.
