An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Service Advisor / Supervisor at our R&R Machinery office in Lanark. The ideal candidate will thrive working in a busy environment, where they can demonstrate their organisational and customer service skills along with a technical knowledge of machinery that is in for repair.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for assisting them and the rest of the team with the day to day running of the Service Department and in conjunction with the service manager, this role would be expected to help lead the team. It is a large department, and duties include booking in customers machinery for repair and tasking the workshop engineers each day with scheduling jobs, processing job cards, orders, invoices, and handling payments, whilst also assisting with some technical issues and diagnosis over the phone. The successful applicant will be expected to uphold and further the company’s strong reputation for reliable, honest, and effective service.
