Hamilton Ross Group is looking for an Animal Health Advisor to join our growing team at Tarbolton / Ayr Market.

You’ll work closely with farmers, animal owners and colleagues across the Group, providing trusted advice, excellent customer service and practical support that helps protect animal health and welfare every day.

What You’ll Do

• Provide informed, practical advice on animal health products and best practice, both in person and over the phone.
• Support the ordering, stocking and presentation of animal health products.
• Maintain accurate records, including batch numbers and expiry dates.
• Work closely with colleagues across the Hamilton Ross Group to deliver consistently excellent customer service.
• Keep up to date with new products, seasonal health challenges and industry developments.
• Maintain high standards of animal welfare and regulatory compliance at all times.
