At Tarbolton, you’ll lead the service department and own its people, output and profitability. You’ll set the standard for workshop and field service performance while keeping customers moving.
Hamilton Ross Group is one of the UK’s largest machinery dealerships. We have been trading since 1933, we are in our third generation of family ownership, and around 200 people work with us across nine depots in Scotland and the north of England. We represent major brands like Massey Ferguson, Valtra, Fendt, JCB, Wacker Neuson, Kubota, Honda, Stihl and Husqvarna.
You’ll lead the workshop and field service teams, making sure work is planned, completed and invoiced efficiently. This is a hands-on management role, close to the technical work and the day-to-day decisions that keep the department performing.
You’ll monitor performance and profitability, develop the team and maintain strong customer relationships. You’ll also have the scope to improve processes, customer service and workshop performance when you see a better way of working.
