The Role

You’ll report to Group Senior Management and take full ownership of the Tarbolton service department; its people, its output and its profitability. It’s hands-on. You’ll be close to the technical work, not just the spreadsheets.

  • A track record of leading and developing a skilled team
  • Sharp communication skills — with customers and colleagues alike
