Hamilton Ross Group Welcomes New Group Aftersales Manager

Hamilton Ross Group is delighted to welcome Martin Shaw as our new Group Aftersales Manager, strengthening our commitment to delivering first-class aftersales support to customers across the business.

Martin joins Hamilton Ross Group from AGCO, bringing with him an impressive 22 years of experience in the agricultural industry and a wealth of knowledge that will support the continued development of our aftersales operations.

Based at our Berwick depot, Martin will oversee aftersales activity across Hamilton Ross Group, working closely with teams throughout our depot network to maintain and enhance the high standards of service our customers expect.

Aftersales is a vital part of the support we provide, helping customers maximise machine performance, minimise downtime and keep their businesses moving. Martin’s extensive industry experience will be a valuable addition as we continue to strengthen this area of the Group.

We’re delighted to have Martin on board and look forward to working with him as we continue developing our aftersales offering across Hamilton Ross Group.
