An exciting new chapter: Henderson Grass Machinery joins Hamilton Ross Group

We’re delighted to announce that Hamilton Ross Group Ltd has completed the acquisition of the business of Henderson Grass Machinery Ltd, with the Haddington depot now becoming part of Hamilton Ross Group.

It’s an exciting development for our business and one we’re incredibly pleased to share.

Most importantly, we’re delighted to welcome the Henderson Grass Machinery team into Hamilton Ross Group. They bring with them a wealth of experience, strong customer relationships and an established presence in the area and we’re looking forward to building on that together.

For Henderson’s customers, it remains very much business as usual. The existing team has transferred with the business, so customers can continue to deal with the same familiar faces across sales, parts and service. Haddington will continue to look after Kubota, Baroness and Honda customers as before.

Hamilton Ross Group is a third-generation, family-run dealership established in 1933. Today, we operate across agriculture, construction and groundcare, representing a wide range of leading manufacturers. The addition of the Haddington depot and its team further strengthens our sales, parts and service support across the Lothians and Borders.

Jamie Gardiner, Managing Director of Hamilton Ross Group, said:

“Henderson Grass Machinery has looked after customers in East Lothian and beyond for many years, and the team are the reason we wanted to do this.

“Nothing changes for their customers on day one. Same people, same numbers, with the backing of a bigger group behind them.

“I’m delighted to welcome everyone at Haddington to Hamilton Ross Group.”

Customers can continue to contact the Haddington team using the same telephone numbers and email addresses and depot opening hours remain unchanged for now.

We’re excited about what’s ahead and very pleased to welcome the Henderson Grass Machinery team and their customers to Hamilton Ross Group.
