Celebrating 50 Remarkable Years of Service with Janet Connell

Hamilton Ross Group is proud to celebrate an extraordinary milestone as Janet Connell marks 50 years of service with the business on 20 September 2026.

Janet’s career began in 1976 when she joined Reekie Ltd, and over the five decades since, she has played an important role in the business through years of change, growth and the eventual formation of Hamilton Ross Group.

During her remarkable career, Janet has built an exceptional depth of knowledge and developed lasting relationships with customers across the region. In some cases, those relationships now span multiple generations of the same farming families – a reflection of the trust, familiarity and personal service that have characterised Janet’s approach throughout her career.

Having been at the heart of our Perth and Cupar depots for many years, Janet has supported colleagues and customers across sales, parts and service, helping to keep our operations running smoothly and contributing to the high standards of customer care Hamilton Ross Group is known for today.

While machinery and technology have changed considerably since Janet first joined the business in 1976, the importance of experience, strong relationships and dependable customer service has remained constant. Janet’s five decades with the company embody those values.
